When providing feedback, please specify the way you prefer to receive a response from us. We are committed to reviewing every piece of feedback we receive and making necessary improvements to our services.
Accessible Formats and Communication Supports
We understand that individuals have diverse needs and we are prepared to offer feedback documents in accessible formats and communication supports upon request. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Large print
- Electronic formats (e.g., email, PDFs compatible with screen readers)
- Audio format (Immersive Reader)
- Reading written responses aloud to the person providing feedback
Requesting an Accessible Format:
To request feedback documentation in an accessible format or to require communication support, please contact us through any of the feedback channels mentioned above and specify your needs.
Our Feedback Process
Upon receiving your feedback, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your feedback within 5 business days.
- Review your feedback and conduct any necessary investigations.
- Respond to your feedback, addressing your concerns and outlining any actions taken, within 15 business days of receipt. If you have requested feedback in a specific format, we will provide our response in that format.
