Our Feedback Process

Upon receiving your feedback, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of your feedback within 5 business days.
  2. Review your feedback and conduct any necessary investigations.
  3. Respond to your feedback, addressing your concerns and outlining any actions taken, within 15 business days of receipt. If you have requested feedback in a specific format, we will provide our response in that format.
